摘  要:科研育人是新时代高校育人格局的重要一环。文章阐述了中医药高校形成科研育人长效机制的必要性与价值内涵,分别从创新能力的激发、国际视野的培育两大方面进行概述;并提出从坚持育人为本、育德为先的基本原则,提高学科教师建设质量,构建“教学科研一体”的培养模式,将实现“中西医协同发展”作为科研使命,从完善科研管理机制、优化科研环境、完善奖励评价机制等角度来促进中医药高校科研育人的实现,以使中医药高校通过科研这一载体培育更多高素质、全方位发展的人才。Education by scientific research is an important part of the university education pattern in the new era.This paper ex-pounded the necessity and value connotation of forming the long-term mechanism of scientific research and education in medical col-leges and universities,which is summarized from the two aspects of stimulating innovation ability and the cultivation of international perspective.From adhere to people-centered education,moral education first principle,improve the quality of subject teachers con-struction,constructing the training mode of“integration of teaching and scientific research”,to realize the“coordinated development of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine”as a scientific research mission,improve the scientific research management mechanism,optimize scientific research environment,improve the reward evaluation mechanism to promote the realization of tradi-tional Chinese medicine research education,in order to enable university of Chinese medicine to cultivate more high-quality and all-round development talents through scientific research.
