摘  要:目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情突发公共卫生事件下护生实习前的应急能力现状及影响因素,为提升南昌医学院护生实习前的应急能力提供依据。方法 以南昌医学院2017级护理专业学生249名为样本,使用突发公共卫生事件应急能力量表在其实习前进行问卷调查。结果 护生实习前突发公共卫生事件应急能力总平均分为(3.31±0.22)分,处于中等水平,其中急救能力(3.48±0.20)分,得分最高,应急知识(3.04±0.24)分,得分最低。参加过培训和参加过志愿服务是应急能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 护理本科生实习前的突发公共卫生事件应急能力有待于进一步提高。学校应重视护理本科生突发公共卫生事件的教育工作,在实践中,应根据具体问题,采用不同的教学方式,提高护理本科生突发公共卫生事件应急能力。Objective To know the pre-practice nursing undergraduates,knowledge of public health emergency response ability in COVID-19,and to provide foundation to improving public health emergency response ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods Taking a sample of 249 nursing undergraduates from Grade 2017 in Nanchang Medical College,a questionnaire survey was conducted before practice using the public health emergency response scale.Results The average score of emergency response ability of pre-practice nursing students was(3.31±0.22),which was at the medium level,among which the first aid ability(3.48±0.20)score was the highest,and the emergency knowledge(3.04±0.24)score was the lowest.Training and volunteer service were the main influencing fac-tors of emergency response ability(P<0.01).Conclusion The ability of public health emergencies of pre-practice nursing undergradu-ates needs to be improved.Schools should attach importance to the education of public health emergencies for nursing undergraduates.In practice,different teaching methods should be adopted according to specific problems to improve the emergency response ability of nursing undergraduates.
