摘 要:战争隐喻普遍存在于人们构建的公共话语中,是一种有效的话语工具。基于概念隐喻理论框架,通过英汉语料对比阐明了公共话语构建战争隐喻的认知共性,用战争概念投射重大、紧迫性事件以及竞争、对抗性事件,表明战争是人类认识世界的基本方式之一。从语言的交互主观性本质出发,在认知和交际两个层面阐释了战争隐喻的认知语用建构机制,研究发现交际主体双方借助有关战争概念共通的认知体验和共享的交际语境,从而达成对客体的认知协同,其目的在于用战争思维来调控、评价目标话语主体的言行。War metaphor,acting as an effective discourse tool,has been pervasively employed in constructing public discourse.Based on the theoretical framework of Conceptual Metaphor Theory,this paper expounds the cognitive commonalities of constructing war metaphor in public discourse through the comparison of English and Chinese corpus.The use of war concepts to map onto significant and urgent events,as well as competitive and adversarial events,indicates that war is one of the basic ways for humans to understand the world.Starting from the intersubjective nature of language,this paper explains the cognitive and pragmatic construction mechanism of war metaphor at both cognitive and communicative levels.It is found that both parties in communication achieve cognitive coordination towards the object through the shared cognitive experience and communicative context related to war concepts,with the aim of using war thinking to regulate and evaluate the words and actions of the target discourse subject.
