斑蝥酸钠维生素B_(6)联合香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨斑蝥酸钠维生素B_(6)联合香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效。方法选取江西省吉安市永新县人民医院2019年2月-2022年11月收治的60例MPE患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)、试验组(30例);对照组给予斑蝥酸钠维生素B_(6)胸腔内注射治疗,试验组给予斑蝥酸钠维生素B_(6)联合香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗;对比两组疗效、生活质量[采用癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评估]及不良反应情况。结果试验组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,试验组QLQ-C30情感功能、生理功能、日常生活、认知功能、社会功能各项评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制、皮疹、消化道反应、胸痛、发热不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MPE患者采用斑蝥酸钠维生素B_(6)联合香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗效果较好,可改善生活质量,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium cantharidinate Vitamin B_(6) combined with Lentinan in the treatment of malignant Pleural effusion(MPE).Method Sixty MPE patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to November 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an experimental group(30 cases)using a random number table method;the control group was treated by intrapleural injection of sodium cantharidinate Vitamin B_(6),while the experimental group was treated by intrapleural injection of sodium cantharidinate Vitamin B_(6) combined with Lentinan;compare the efficacy,quality of life(QLQ-C30),and adverse reactions between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one month after treatment,the scores of QLQ-C30 emotional function,physiological function,daily life,cognitive function,and social function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of bone marrow suppression,rash,digestive tract reaction,chest pain,and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intrathoracic injection of sodium cantharidinate Vitamin B_(6) combined with Lentinan is effective and safe for MPE patients.
