摘　　要：2023年中国图书馆年会“阅读推广馆员专业能力的内涵与塑造”分会场论坛在郑州举办。与会专家围绕图书馆阅读推广专业化、阅读推广馆员专业能力内涵、专业实践能力和学术研究能力等方面进行研讨。本文旨在梳理会议要点和亮点,以期为阅读推广的专业化发展提供参考。The 2023 Annual Conference of Library Society of China was held in Zhengzhou.The theme of the forth forum was“Connotation and Shaping of Professional Competence of Readers'Advisory Librarian”.Participating experts discussed the professionalization of reading development in libraries,the connotation of professional competence of readers'advisory librarians,professional practice ability and academic research ability,and so forth.This article aims to share the main points and highlights of the conference and provide guidance for the professionalization of reading development.
