摘  要:立德树人一直是高校教育工作、人才培育工作的重要原则,在开展思政教育过程中,辅导员承担着教育重担;搭建平等、和谐、和善的辅导员与学生“互动关系”,对于提升高校思政教育时效性、科学性、合理性等诸多方面存在不可忽视的时代价值。立足于哈贝马斯所提出的“交往行为理论”基础上,建立与完善不同主体之间的交往模式,利用切实有效的语言来提高交流活动、交往活动的有效性,有利于实现思想方面的良性互动,建立健全高校辅导员和学生的互动关系,有利于推动培育有抱负、有人生追求的社会主义建设者和接班人的教育目标的顺利实现。Establishing morality and cultivating talents has always been an important principle in the educa⁃tion and talent cultivation work of various universities.In the process of carrying out ideological and political educa⁃tion,ideological and political counselors bear a high educational burden.Building and optimizing an equal,harmoni⁃ous,and friendly“interactive relationship”between counselors and students has significant contemporary value in enhancing the timeliness,scientificity,and rationality of ideological and political education in universities.Estab⁃lishing and improving the communication mode between different subjects,using practical and effective language to improve the effectiveness of communication activities and communication activities are conducive to the realization of positive ideological interaction and the establishment of a sound interactive relationship between college counsel⁃ors and students based on the“communicative behavior theory”proposed by Habermas.It is also conducive to pro⁃moting the smooth realization of the educational goal of cultivating aspiring socialist successors and socialist build⁃ers with life pursuit.
