摘　　要：高职院校教学质量考核评价标准是高职院校教学质量评价的重要依据。为加强教学质量管理,建立科学的教学质量考核评价体系,以客观公正的方式评价教师的教学工作质量,引导教师不断提高教学水平,推动教育教学改革并提高教学质量。根据高职院校教师教学工作实际情况,提出制定教学质量考核评价标准的若干思路。The assessment and evaluation standards for teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is an important basis for evaluating teaching quality.In order to strengthen teaching quality management,we should establish a scientific teaching quality evaluation system,evaluate the quality of teachers teaching work in an objective and fair manner,guide all teachers to continuously improve their teaching level,promote educational reform,and improve teaching quality.Based on actual teaching situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,several ideas for formulating teaching quality assessment and evaluation standards are proposed.
