妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的问题和体验式教学的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中存在的问题及如何应用体验式教学化解。方法通过学情分析和教学效果考察,总结我国现有住培中存在的问题,并通过体验式教学的设计、实施和效果评估,寻找住培教育的有效教学模式。结果传统妇产科住培中存在着偏重知识技能教育,忽视人文精神培养;偏重妇产科专科技能培训,忽视内外科整体临床思维的问题。通过体验式教学,加强住院医师人文和临床知识技能培训,实施师生及医患角色互换,提高了整体培养效果,促进住院医师的德智体全面发展,为培养德才兼备的妇产科医师打下了良好的基础。结论体验式教学不仅将医学与人文、理论与实践、专科与综合、模拟与实操进行了整合,也将医患关系、师生位置进行了互换,是一种值得推介的高效实用的培训模式,有助于妇产科住培的改进和可持续发展。Objective To investigate the problems in the standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics residents and how to apply experiential teaching to resolve them.Methods Through analysis of learning situation and evaluation of teaching effectiveness,this paper summarized the existing problems in the standardized training,and observed the effectiveness of an experiential teaching model.Results The traditional standardized training of resident doctors in obstetrics and gynecology had a bias towards knowledge and specialist skill education,while neglecting the cultivation of medical humanities and holistic integrated medicine.During experiential teaching,strengthening humanities and general knowledge and skill training by exchanging roles between teachers and students,as well as doctors and patients,the overall training effect was improved and residents gained the all-round development morally,intellectually and physically,and laid a good foundation for becoming qualified gynecologists and obstetricians.Conclusion Experiential teaching not only integrates medicine and humanities,theory and practice,specialty and comprehensiveness,simulation and operation,but also reforms the doctor-patient relationship and teacher-student position.It is an efficient and practical training model worth recommending,which contributes to the improvement and sustainable development of standardized training for residents in obstetrics and gynecology.
