摘 要:在学习《中学英语语法教学的内容、原则和方法》一文的基础上,作者结合自己的教学实践和体会,从以下几方面分析了目前中学语法教学中的普遍问题:学生英语语法基础薄弱导致的语言能力发展受阻;英语教师的语法教学素养不能满足新形势下英语教学的需求;英语课程教学理念对语法教学价值和功能的误判带来的英语教研活动和教师培训对语法教学的忽视。作者认为,学生语言能力和核心素养的发展离不开扎实的语言基础,因此教师必须重视基础语法知识的教学;作者呼吁英语课程教学理念不应忽视语法教学的研究,更不应误导教师以为教学基础知识就是传统的和落后的理念。相反,教研活动和教师培训应加强对语法内容体系和创新教学方法的探索,这样才能帮助英语教师提高语法修养和语法教学素养,促进英语教学的整体效果,促进学生综合素养的发展。Based on the article Content,Principles,and Methods of Middle School English Grammar Teaching and the author's decades of experience in middle school English teaching,this article reflects on the grammar teaching in English class:the development of language ability is hindered by the weak foundation of English grammar in middle school students;the grammar teaching literacy of English teachers cannot meet the needs of English teaching in the new situation;the misunderstanding of the value and function of grammar teaching in English curriculum;the neglect of grammar teaching in English teaching research activities and teacher training.The author believes that the development of students'English language ability and core literacy cannot be separated from a solid language foundation.Therefore,teachers must attach importance to the teaching of basic English grammar knowledge;the author calls for the teaching philosophy of English courses not to neglect research on grammar teaching,let alone mislead frontline teachers into thinking that the basic knowledge of teaching is traditional and outdated.Teaching and research activities and teacher training should particularly strengthen the exploration of innovative grammar content systems and teaching methods;only in this way can English teachers improve their grammar cultivation and grammar teaching literacy,promote the overall effectiveness of English teaching,and promote the development of students'comprehensive literacy.
