摘 要:目的:探究病例分析教学法(CBL)联合心电图诊断案例库在心电图线上教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年12月于广州中医药大学第一附属医院心电图室轮转的116名规培生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组(n=57)实行传统教学模式教学,观察组(n=59)在对照组的基础上加以CBL联合心电图诊断案例库线上教学。比较两组心电图考核成绩、学习投入度[学习投入量表(UWES-S)]、教学模式认可度。结果:观察组理论知识、操作技能、心电图分析能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组UWES-S中活力、奉献、专注评分及总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对教学模式新颖、激发学习兴趣、加深知识点印象、提高问题解决能力、提高自主学习能力的认可度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合心电图诊断案例库辅助心电图线上教学可有效提高临床教学效果和学生学习投入度,教学模式认可度较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with electrocardiogram diagnostic case base on electrocardiogram online teaching.Method:A total of 116 regular trainees who rotated in the electrocardiogram room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group(n=57)was taught in traditional teaching model,the observation group(n=59)was taught online by CBL combined with electrocardiogram diagnostic case database on the basis of control group.Electrocardiogram assessment scores,learning engagement scale[Utrecht work engagement scale-student(UWES-S)]and recognition of teaching model were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and electrocardiogram analysis ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of vitality,dedication,concentration and total score of UWES-S in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition degree of the observation group on novel teaching mode,stimulating learning interest,deepening knowledge point impression,improving problem solving ability and improving independent learning ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with electrocardiogram diagnosis case database assisted electrocardiogram online teaching can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect and students'learning engagement,and the teaching mode is highly recognized.
