摘  要:坚持以就业为导向,深化职业教育教学改革是我国推动职业教育发展的关键举措之一。在新时代背景下,以机电一体化专业为例,深入分析实施工学结合教学模式的意义,从完善教学体系、深化校企合作、优化评价机制等方面着手,贯彻“工学结合”理念,进行教学改革和实践,有利于培养学生的专业素养、岗位能力,强化职业院校的育人功能,保证人才培养质量。Adhering to employment orientation and deepening vocational education teaching reform is one of the key measures for vigorously developing vocational education in China.In the context of the new era,taking the mechatronics integration major as an example,this article deeply analyzes the significance of implementing the teaching model of combining engineering and learning.Starting from improving the teaching system,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing evaluation mechanisms,etc.,implementing the concept of"combining engineering and learning",and carrying out teaching reform and practice,is conducive to cultivating students'professional literacy and job abilities,strengthening the educational function of vocational colleges,and ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.
