摘 要:重视技能习得中的职业文化传递是技能型社会下高职院校人才培养优化的重点。技能型社会中,对“职业文化”的认识不能脱离具体的职业实践情景。高职院校人才培养在重视具有普适的规范作用的职业共同体文化传承外,更要注重带有具体情景的职业群体文化的传承。当前,高职院校人才培养中的职业群体文化传承在定位、过程、评价等方面存在一定的现实挑战。对此,优化高职院校人才培养中的职业群体文化传承应进一步打造“技-竞-创”多维培育生态,深化“传-帮-带”导学制培育过程,建立基于“技能树”的个性化学生评价机制。Focusing on the transfer of professional culture in skill acquisition is the key point of talent culti-vation optimization in vocational colleges against the backdrop of a skil-based society.In a skill-based society,the understanding of"professional culture"cannot be separated from specific production scenar-ios.In addition to the culture of the professional community,which has a universal normative role,the cul-tivation of talents in vocational colleges should pay more attention to the culture of the professional group with specific situations.At present,there are certain realistic challenges in the orientation,process and e-valuation of talent cultivation of higher vocational institutions in the cultural transmission of occupational groups.Therefore,the cultural inheritance of vocational groups in the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges and universities should be optimized.It is necessary to further create a multi-dimensional ecolo-gy of"skill-competition-creation"in cultivating vocational groups,deepen the cultivation process of pass-assist-take"mentoring system,and establish a personalized student evaluation mechanism based on"skill print"
