摘 要:针对永磁同步电机非串级结构下的控制器存在不匹配干扰和过流保护的问题,设计了基于电流约束的滑模控制器。采用线性干扰观测器来对不匹配干扰进行观测和补偿,解决常规的滑模控制器对不匹配干扰难以抑制的问题;采用电流惩罚项来对电流进行约束,解决永磁同步电机因过大的电流而威胁到电路安全的问题。仿真实验结果表明,该控制器可以有效地抑制不匹配干扰,使电机受到外部负载干扰后转速快速恢复到目标转速,有效地对电流进行约束,使电流不超过安全阈值。Aiming at the problems of mismatched disturbance and overcurrent protection in the controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor with non-cascade structure,a sliding mode controller based on current-constrained was designed.The linear disturbance observer was used to observe and compensate the mismatched disturbance.The problem that the conventional sliding mode controller was difficult to suppress the mismatched disturbance was solved.The current penalty term was used to constrain the current to solve the problem that the circuit safety of permanent magnet synchronous motor was threatened by excessive current.The simulation results showed that this controller could effectively suppress the mismatched disturbance,making the motor speed quickly recover to the target speed after being interfered by external load and effectively constrain the current,making the motor current not exceed the safety threshold.
