摘　　要：中国特色航空文化是培养高职学生工匠精神的重要载体,将其融入职业教育对学生的成长成才及未来的职业生涯发展具有重要的作用。高职院校通过探索中国特色航空文化视域下高职学生工匠精神的培养路径,深入开展航空文化教育,从价值引导、斗志凝聚、激励探索和文化教化等方面实现拔尖创新人才的多维度培养和输出,为中国的航空事业发展输送高素质高技能的工匠型人才。Aviation culture with Chinese characteristics is an important carrier for cultivating the craftsman spirit of vocational college students,and its integration into vocational education plays an important role in the growth and success of students and their future career development.Through exploring the cultivation path of vocational students’craftsman spirit from the perspective of aviation culture with Chinese characteristics,vocational colleges carry out in-depth aviation culture education,and realize multi-di-mensional cultivation and output of top-notch innovative talents from the aspects of value guidance,morale cohesion,incentive exploration,and cultural education,so as to cultivate high-skill and high-quality craftsman talents for the development of China’s aviation industry.
