从“服用黄连禁食猪肉”探讨药食禁忌文化的交融

摘　　要：“服用黄连禁食猪肉”属于服药后的饮食禁忌,此说法雏形可追溯到汉代含黄连治疗痢疾的医简药方,南北朝时期的《小品方》作为转折点,实现了“服用黄连禁食猪肉”的生成和递变,从因病忌口转变成因药忌口,延续至今。服药后饮食禁忌的形成源于饮食禁忌与中医药禁忌文化的交融,并在历史发展中逐渐由单纯的药与食忌扩充到了食与食忌,形成了人们熟知的发物和食物相克之说。对于发物的确定和服药后饮食禁忌的是否遵循,应当在医学理论的指导下辨证看待,而不是让患者盲目地禁食相关食物,但食物相克对于研究饮食和中医药禁忌文化交融史还是具有一定的历史意义。"Avoiding pork after taking rhizome of Chinese goldthread"is a dietary taboo after medication intake.The earliest prototype of this statement was in the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescription for dysentery containing rhizome of Chinese in Han Dynasty.The transition from a disease taboo to a drug taboo occurred during the Southern and Northern Dynasties,notably documented in the"Xiao Pin Fang".This concept has persisted to the present day.The formation of dietary taboos after medication intake stems from the integration of dietary taboos with TCM taboo culture.Throughout history,it evolved from a simple restriction on the combination of medicine and food to the widely recognized concept of dietary taboos.Determining specific contraindications and whether dietary restrictions after taking medication should be followed requires a dialectical consideration guided by medical theory.Blindly adhering to dietary restrictions without proper understanding may not be beneficial for patients.Nevertheless,it is of historical significance to study the history of the integration of diet and Chinese medicine taboo culture.
