摘  要:目的分析情景式PBL教学、分组讨论法联合在心电图实习医师带教中应用价值。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月潍坊医学院附属医院的56名实习医师,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组28名。对照组提供传统带教法,研究组增加情景式PBL教学、分组讨论法带教。对比两组实习医师基础工作能力、带教质量和综合能力及带教满意度。结果研究组的心电图操作和数据读取及分析得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的理论考试和实操技能及应急能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的批判性思维和沟通能力、工作积极性及团队合作意识得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的带教满意度高于对照组,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情景式PBL教学联合分组讨论法,可提高心电图实习医师带教质量,提高理论掌握度和技能操作能力及沟通能力。Objective To analyze the application value of situational PBL teaching and group discussion in ECG teaching for interns.Methods 56 physicians from the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group provided traditional teaching method,and the study group added situational PBL teaching and group discussion teaching method.The basic work ability,teaching quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of ECG operation and data reading and analysis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical test and practical skills and emergency ability of the study group were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking and communication ability,work enthusiasm and teamwork consciousness in the study group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teach-ing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance be-tween the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Situational PBL teaching combined group discussion method can improve the teaching quality of ECG interns,improve the theoretical mastery,skill operation ability and communication ability.
