摘 要:目的探究同质化管理对疼痛科护士综合素质和工作满意度的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月邹平市人民医院疼痛科10名护士作为对照组(实施传统管理模式),另选取2021年7月—2022年7月10名护士作为研究组(实施同质化管理模式),对比两组护士综合素质评分与工作满意度评分。结果与对照组相比,研究组的综合素质各项评分显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组工作满意度各项评分显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛科行同质化管理措施可显著提升护士的综合素质与工作满意度,建议临床积极学习与探究。Objective To explore the effect of homogenization management on the comprehensive quality and job sat⁃isfaction of nurses in pain department.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,10 nurses in the pain department of Zouping People's Hospital were selected as the control group(implementing the traditional management mode),and 10 nurses from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study group(implementing the homogenization manage⁃ment mode).The comprehensive quality score and job satisfaction score of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the comprehensive quality scores of the study group were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of job satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The homogenization of management measures in pain department can significantly improve nurses'com⁃prehensive quality and job satisfaction,and it is recommended to study and explore actively in clinic.
