摘  要:目的分析小班化教学在呼吸科床旁教学带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年6月于江苏大学附属人民医院见习的90名五年制本科医学生为研究对象,根据教学方式不同,分为小班化教学组和传统教学组,每组45名。小班化教学组采用5个小组,每小组9人进行床旁教学;传统教学组45名按传统教学大纲进行床旁教学。评价两组理论知识、综合能力和对科室带教满意度。结果两组理论知识比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但小班化教学组综合能力和对科室满意度均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论小班化教学在呼吸系统临床见习中优于传统教学,提高了医学生综合能力和学生对科室满意度。Objective To analyse the application effect of small class teaching in bedside teaching in the respiratory department.Methods A total of 90 five-year undergraduate medical students who were interns in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Jiangsu University from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Ac⁃cording to different teaching methods,they were divided into small class teaching group and traditional teaching group,with 45 students in each group.Small class teaching group adopts 5 groups,each group of 9 people for bedside teaching;The traditional teaching group of 45 students taught by bed according to the traditional teaching syllabus.The theoretical knowledge,comprehensive ability and satisfaction to department teaching of the two groups were evalu⁃ated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the comprehensive ability and department satisfaction of the small-class teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Small-class teaching is superior to traditional teaching in clinical respiratory system internships,and improves medi⁃cal students'comprehensive ability and student satisfaction with the department.
