摘　　要：学员的临床接诊能力和临床思维培养是目前中医住院医师规范化培训的难点,常规的门诊教学不能充分满足中医住院医师规范化培训需要。而教学门诊作为门诊教学的特殊形式,是临床教学的重要阵地,也是中医住院医师规范化培训学员培养的重要教学环节。基地作为全国中医医师规范化培训教学门诊试点单位,针对当前门诊医疗工作实际和教学现状,围绕中医住院医师规范化培训学员岗位胜任力的培养需要,通过规范和创新教学门诊运行,增强教学门诊师资力量,加大教学门诊学员评估,强化教学门诊考核结果运用,从根本上提高中医住院医师规范化培训学员独立执业水平,促进中医住院医师规范化培训基地更好、更快地发展。The cultivation of students'clinical diagnosis ability and clinical thinking is currently a difficulty in the standardized training of TCM residents.Conventional outpatient teaching cannot fully meet the needs of standardized training of TCM residents.As a special form of outpatient teaching,the teaching clinic is an important position for clinical teaching and an important teaching link in the standardized training of TCM residents.As a national pilot unit for standardized training and teaching outpatient clinics for TCM physicians,the base is based on the current actual outpatient medical work and teaching status,and focuses on the training needs for the post-competency training of trainees in the standardized training of TCM residents.By standardizing and innovating the operation of teaching clin⁃ics,strengthening the teaching staff of teaching clinics,increasing the evaluation of teaching clinic students,and strengthening the application of teaching clinic assessment results,we can fundamentally improve the independent practice level of students in standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents.Promote the better and faster development of standardized training bases for TCM residents.
