摘  要:教学改革的根本目的是提升学校的育人水平,提高学生的综合素质。本研究旨在中职学校教学改革中开展“岗课赛证”综合育人模式的实践探索,该模式通过结合校内实践活动和课堂教学,为学生提供了更广泛的学习机会和真实工作经验。通过本研究,为我国职业学校的下一步教学改革提供更加广泛的思路,让职业学校能够更好的培养学生的职业素养和就业能力。研究的结果对于中职学校推行综合育人模式具有一定的指导意义。The fundamental purpose of teaching reform is to improve the school's education level and improve the comprehensive quality of students.This study aims to carry out the practical exploration of the comprehensive education model of“on-the-job class competition certificate”in the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools,which provides students with a wider range of learning opportunities and real work experience by combining on-campus practical activities and classroom teaching.Through this research,this paper provides a broader range of ideas for the next teaching reform of vocational schools in China,so that vocational schools can better cultivate students'professionalism and employability.The results of the study have certain guiding significance for the implementation of the comprehensive education model in secondary vocational schools.
