摘　　要：实验室安全是高校安全管理的重中之重,建立实验室安全追责问责制度势在必行。该文介绍了某高校的探索与实践,包括完善实验室安全追责问责制度、划定四类责任主体、规定责任追究的对象和方式、分类追责隐患和事故的责任行为、制定适用于高校情境的事故严重程度分级标准等,这些工作在实践中强化了管理体系、形成了规律性认知,为其他高校推广强化实验室安全追责问责工作提供了范例。Laboratory safety is of paramount importance in the safety management of universities,and the establishment of a laboratory safety accountability system is imperative.This paper provides an overview of the exploration and practice at a certain university,including the improvement of the laboratory safety accountability system,delineation of four categories of responsible entities,specification of the objects and methods of accountability,classification of accountable hazards and accidents,and the proposal of a severity grading standard applicable to the university context.These efforts,in practice,have strengthened the management system,fostered systematic awareness,and provided a model for the enhancement of laboratory safety accountability in other universities.
