摘　　要：劳动可以树德、增智、强体、育美,具有综合育人价值。新时代背景下,劳动教育就是在系统的文化知识学习之外,有目的、有计划地组织学生参加生产活动、生产劳动和服务性劳动,让学生动手实践、出力流汗,接受锻炼、磨炼意志,培养学生正确劳动价值观和良好劳动品质。文章分析新时代劳动教育的内涵,探讨新时代加强大学生劳动教育的意义,指出优化高校劳动教育课程体系设计、健全高校劳动教育考核制度、构建高校劳动教育的联动机制是新时代加强大学生劳动教育的重要路径。Labor can cultivate morality,enhance intelligence,strengthen physical fitness,and cultivate beauty,and has comprehensive educational value.In the context of the new era,labor education is the purposeful and planned organization of students to participate in production activities,productive labor,and service-oriented labor,in addition to systematic cultural knowledge learning.Students are encouraged to engage in hands-on practice,sweat hard,receive exercise,and hone their willpower,cultivating correct labor values and good labor qualities.The article analyzes the connotation of labor education in the new era,explores the significance of strengthening labor education for college students in the new era,and points out that optimizing the design of the labor education curriculum system in universities,improving the labor education assessment system in universities,and constructing a linkage mechanism for labor education in universities are important paths to strengthen labor education for college students in the new era.
