基于零售商企业社会责任的生鲜供应链末端配送模式选择

摘　　要：随着社会的进步和经济的增长,人们对生鲜产品的品质要求日益提高,生鲜食品安全事件引起了人们的重视。针对零售商在传统情形和积极履行企业社会责任情形,分别构建了传统情形下零售商采用自营物流模式、零售商积极履行社会责任且采用自营物流模式、传统情形下零售商采用第三方物流模式、零售商积极履行社会责任且采用第三方物流模式的数学模型并求解。研究结果表明,零售商积极履行社会责任有助于供应链各主体与整体的利润增长,自营物流相较于第三方物流更有助于供应链总利润的提高,零售商积极履行社会责任且采用自营物流模式是生鲜产品的最佳供应链模式。最后利用Matlab软件进行算例分析,进一步验证了有关结论。In this paper,in view of the traditional business scenario of a retailer and the scenario where a retailer actively fulfills its corporate social responsibilities(CSR),we respectively constructed the mathematical models for a traditional retailer operating logistics business on its own,a CSR-active retailer operating logistics business on its own,a traditional retailer opting for third-party logistics services,and a CSR-active retailer opting for third-party logistics services.By analyzing each of the models,we found that retailer's active fulfillment of its corporate social responsibilities could contribute to the growth of profit of all supply chain entities and the supply chain as a whole;compared with third-party logistics service,self-operated logistics business was more conducive to the improvement of total profits of the supply chain;and active fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities and adoption of the self-operated logistics business was the optimal running mode for the fresh products supply chain.Finally,we used the Matlab software in a numerical analysis to further verify the conclusions reached.
