摘  要:新时代高校思政课教师理论素养培育是一项由培育目标、培育内容、培育主客体和培育环境等要素相互联结而成的系统工程,并呈现出整体性、协同性、开放性、动态性四维向度。系统论视域下,根据高校思政课教师理论素养培育的四维向度探索其实践路向,对于高校思政课教师落实好培根铸魂、育时代新人的使命要求具有重要意义。这就要求高校思政课教师理论素养培育必须发挥目标引领作用,注重举措方法的多样化,强化要素耦合协同,提升成效聚合最大效果。The theoretical attainment cultivation for ideological and political course teachers in universities in the new era is a systematic project that is interconnected by factors such as cultivation goals,cultivation content,cultivation subject and object,and cultivation environment,and presents four dimensions of integrity,collaboration,openness,and dynamism.From the perspective of system theory,exploring the practical direction of the theoretical attainment cultivation for ideological and political course teachers in universities according to the four dimensions is of great significance for them to fulfill the mission requirements of nurturing the root and soul of our country and cultivating the new generation.This requires that the theoretical attainment cultivation for ideological and political course teachers in universities should play a goal-leading role,focus on the diversity of measures and methods,strengthen the element coupling and collaboration,and enhance the maximum result of effect aggregation.
