Investigation of psychological health educational methods and support for medical graduate students

摘　　要：目的 研究医学研究生的心理健康状况及对心理健康教育和支持的偏好,有效促进医学院校医学研究生心理健康教育发展。方法 在2023年5月对90名浙江省医学院校医学专业研究生进行问卷调查,调查问卷内容包括:心理状态及其影响评估、心理咨询经历和意愿、心理健康教育和支持。结果 有效调查问卷有83份,调查结果显示,心理状态很差的医学研究生有17名(20.48%),且仅有23名(27.71%)医学研究生认为自己的心理状态受到学校重视。调查还发现,43名(51.80%)医学研究生更愿意接受面对面的直接交流,65名(78.13%)学生愿意选择校内心理咨询。34名(40.96%)医学研究生愿意积极参加学校提供的心理健康方面的培训或工作坊,并且有42名(50.60%)医学研究生认为可以考虑参加。最受欢迎的心理支持服务类型是学校提供专业的心理咨询专员(53名,63.86%),其次是提供在线资源或健康自助手册(41名,49.40%),以及建立心理健康支持机构(35名,42.17%),开设心理健康课程位列第四(33名,39.76%)。结论 医学研究生心理状态受学校重视程度不足,并且存在很大的心理健康支持和教育缺口,提供校内培训课程和心理支持专员可有效促进医学研究生心理健康状况。Objective To study the mental health status of medical graduate students and their preferences for psychological support and education,to promote the development of mental health education for medical graduate students in medical schools.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in May 2023 among 90 medical graduate students majoring in medicine in Zhejiang Province.The survey included assessments of psychological states and their influences,experiences,willingness for psychological counseling,and preferences for mental health education and support.Results A total of 83 valid questionnaires were collected.The survey results showed that 17(20.48%) medical graduate students reported poor psychological states,and only 23(27.71%) students believed that their mental health was valued by the school.The survey also revealed that 43(51.80%) students preferred face-to-face communication,and 65(78.13%) students were willing to choose on-campus psychological counseling.Additionally,34(40.96%) medical graduate students were willing to actively participate in training or workshops provided by the school in the field of mental health,and 42(50.60%) students indicated that they would consider participating.The most popular types of psychological support services were the professional psychological counseling provided by the school(53,63.86%),followed by providing online resources or self-help manuals(41,49.40%),establishing mental health support institutions(35,42.17%),and offering mental health courses ranking fourth(33,39.76%).Conclusion The mental health status of medical graduate students is not sufficiently valued by the school,and there is a significant gap in psychological support and education.Providing on-campus training courses and mental health counselors will effectively promote the mental health status of medical graduate students.
