摘 要:为研究吊杆的疲劳性能,以某拱桥为工程背景,在MATLAB中使用蒙特卡洛抽样建立考虑车型、车道、车距、车速、车重5种参数的随机车流模型,使用ANSYS求解吊杆在随机车流荷载作用下的应力时程,评估吊杆的疲劳损伤和寿命。结果表明,跨中长吊杆和拱脚附近的短吊杆疲劳损伤值高于其他吊杆;车流密度越大,吊杆疲劳损伤值越大,个别吊杆的不同车流密度下疲劳损伤值可相差20倍;车流密度对吊杆疲劳寿命影响很大,尽可能使用长时间的实测车流数据才能得到满意的预测结果。To study the fatigue performance of suspenders,taking an arch bridge as the engineering background,a random traffic flow model including five parameters of vehicle type,lane,vehicle distance,vehicle speed and vehicle weight was established using Monte Carlo sampling in MATLAB.The stress time history of the suspender under the load of random traffic flow was solved using ANSYS to evaluate the fatigue damage and life of the suspender.It is found that the fatigue damage values of the long suspenders in the mid-span and the short suspenders near the arch foot are higher than those of other suspenders.The greater the traffic density,the greater the fatigue damage value of the suspender,and the fatigue damage value of individual suspenders under different traffic densities can vary by 20 times.The density of traffic flow has a significant impact on the fatigue life of suspenders,and it is necessary to use long-term measured traffic flow data as much as possible to obtain satisfactory prediction results.
