摘　　要：目的:广西医科院校是培养广西医务人员的重要阵地,医科院校大学生今后要投入医疗服务行业、对改善医患关系和维护社会和谐起着推动作用。大学生是新时代社会主义建设的主力军,因此在医科院校开展劳动教育改革,培养医学学生正确的劳动价值观具有深远意义。方法:通过调研广西四所医学院校开展劳动教育现状,查阅相关文献,研究广西医学院校劳动教育实施路径。结果:本文从修订人才培养计划、教师队伍建设、校园文化宣传、实践平台建设四个方面实施劳动教育改革探索,培养有担当、有责任感的医学学生。结论:广西医科院校劳动教育实施帮助学生形成正确的劳动观,提升社会责任感,为培养广西地区优秀医务人员奠定基础,对构建社会价值体系意义深远。Objective:Medical College in Guangxi is an important position to train medical personnel in Guangxi.Medical college students should invest in medical service industry in the future,which will promote the improvement of doctor-patient relationship and the maintenance of social harmony.College students are the main force of socialist construction in the new era,so they carry out labor education reform in medical colleges and universities,it is of far-reaching significance to train medical students to have correct labor values.Method:By investigating the current situation of labor education in four medical colleges in Guangxi,and consulting relevant literature,the author studied the implementation path of labor education in Guangxi medical colleges.Results:This paper discusses the reform of labor education from four aspects:revising the plan of personnel training,building up the teaching staff,propagating the campus culture and building the practice platform.Conclusion:The implementation of labor education in Guangxi Medical Colleges and universities helps students form a correct labor concept,enhance their sense of social responsibility,and lay a foundation for training excellent medical personnel in Guangxi,which is of far-reaching significance to the construction of social value system.
