风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训的思考和体会

摘　　要：严格的住院医师规范化培训对培养一名真正的临床医师具有非常重要的意义。风湿免疫科作为内科规培中的必选科室之一,可以通过重视以下几个方面培训内容来提高风湿免疫科住院医师的规培效果:重视入科教育;明确规培要求;注重部分培训内容;采用多种形式教学,提高培训效率;重视轮转考核;注重心理健康、医患沟通能力等。Strict standardized training of residents is of great significance to the cultivation of a true clinician.As one of the necessary departments in the standardized training of internal medicine,the training effect of standardized training of residents in the rheumatology and immunology department can be improved by paying attention to the following aspects:emphasis on entrance education;clarify the requirements of standardized training;pay attention to some training content;use various forms of teaching to improve training efficiency;pay attention to rotation assessment;focus on mental health,doctor-patient communication skills,etc.
