药物临床试验培训导入临床药学教学的分析与思考

摘　　要：基于国家大健康产业、医药产业创新发展对临床药学和临床试验人才数量和质量的新需求,初步探讨在临床药学人才教学中导入药物临床试验相关理论、实践的必要性和方式。依据院校临床药学培养教学内容和特点,将临床试验相关理论和实践整合到临床药学培养的不同阶段开展教学,在临床药学基础理论教学中导入药物临床试验理论和案例教学,在临床药学毕业实践中进行临床试验实践教学提升能力,在临床药学研究生培养阶段进行临床试验创新培养。一方面提高临床药学专业学生实践能力,扩大临床试验人才培养路径;另一方面提升临床药学学生的创新思维和能力,满足社会大健康产业多元需求。According to the quantity and quality requirements of both the clinical pharmacists and drug clinical trial talents came from the national health industry and the pharmaceutical innovation,the necessity and mode of introducing the theory and practice of drug clinical trials into the teaching of clinical pharmacy talents are preliminarily discussed.According to the teaching content and characteristics of clinical pharmacy training in colleges and universities,the theory and practice of clinical trials are integrated into different stages of clinical pharmacy training to carry out teaching.The theory and case teaching of drug clinical trials are introduced into the basic theory teaching of clinical pharmacy.The clinical trial practice teaching is carried out in the graduation practice of clinical pharmacy to improve the ability,and the clinical trial innovation training is carried out in the postgraduate training stage of clinical pharmacy.On the one hand,it improves the practical ability of clinical pharmacy students,expands the training path of clinical trial talents;on the other hand,it improves the innovative thinking and ability of clinical pharmacy students to meet the diversified needs of the social health industry.
