摘  要:集团化办学以整合与优化教育资源为核心,通过联系教育机构和多个学校,共同进行教育资源分配和教育管理,在提升薄弱学校办学水平、发展优质师资力量的同时,实现基础教育工作的可持续健康发展。基于这种背景下,如何增强集团内教师的互促互进,建立完善的教师互动标准化模式,实现集团内师资共融,是开展集团化办学急需解决的问题。Group school running takes the integration and optimization of educational resources as the core.Through contacting educational institutions and multiple schools,the allocation and management of educational resources are jointly carried out,so as to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of basic education while improving the running level of weak schools and developing high-quality teachers.Based on this background,how to enhance the mutual promotion and progress of teachers in a group,establish a perfect standardized model of teacher interaction,and realize the integration of teachers in the group is an urgent problem to be solved.
