摘  要:目的:探讨“互联网+”教学模式在骨科教学中的教学效果。方法:将2022年9月—2023年2月将教学骨科的本科生随机分为传统教学组和“互联网+”教学组,传统组采用传统带教模式,“互联网+”教学组采用“互联网+”教学模式带教,教学一学期后观察两组学生Mini-CEX评分以及对教学满意度的调查问卷。结果:“互联网+”教学组学生在毒蛇咬伤诊治方面Mini-CEX评分明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05),同时,“互联网+”教学组学生对带教老师的教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科教学中,采用“互联网+”教学法带教学生,可以激发学习兴趣,明显提高学生知识掌握能力,提高教学满意度,从而提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of"Internet plus"teaching mode in orthopaedic teaching.Methods:Undergraduate students of orthopaedics teaching from September 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the"Internet plus"teaching group.The traditional group used the traditional teaching mode,and the"Internet plus"teaching group used the"Internet plus"teaching mode.After a semester of teaching,the Mini CEX scores of the two groups of students and the questionnaire on teaching satisfaction were observed.Results:The Mini CEX score of the students in the"Internet plus"teaching group was significantly better than that of the traditional teaching group in the diagnosis and treatment of snake bites(P<0.05).At the same time,the students in the"Internet plus"teaching group were significantly more satisfied with the teaching of teachers than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In orthopedic teaching,the"Internet plus"teaching method can stimulate students'interest in learning,significantly improve students'ability to grasp knowledge,improve teaching satisfaction,and thus improve the teaching effect.
