摘　　要：高效液相色谱和液相色谱-质谱联用技术,检测速度较快,具有较高的灵敏性,能够对组成复杂的食品进行有效检验,确保检测结果的精准性和科学性。基于此,本文分析了此项技术在食品质量检测中的应用,旨在为食品检测工作提供参考。The combination of high-performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has a fast detection speed,high sensitivity,and can effectively test complex food components,ensuring the accuracy and scientificity of the detection results.Based on this,this article analyzes the application of this technology in food quality inspection,aiming to provide reference for food inspection work.
