基于价值引领的高校继续教育提质发展

摘　　要：高校继续教育承担着培养社会需求人才的重要责任,而价值引领作为一种引导和激发学习者的内在动力的方法,对于推动高校继续教育的发展具有重要意义。基于价值引领的高校继续教育可以提高学习者的参与度和学习动力,推动教育质量的提升,并使高校继续教育更好地满足社会需求。因此,建议高校在继续教育中加强对于价值引领的应用和研究,为提升高校继续教育的质量和水平提供有效的指导和支持。基于此,针对价值引领下的高校继续教育提质发展进行研究,期望为相关从业者提供有价值的参考。Continuing education in universities bears the important responsibility of cultivating talents according to social needs.Value guidance,as a method of guiding and stimulating learners’internal motivation,is of great significance for promoting the development of continuing education in universities.Value-guided continuing education in universities can increase learners’participation and motivation in learning,and promote the quality of education so as to better meet social needs.Therefore,it is recommended that universities strengthen the application and research of value guidance in continuing education,in order to provide effective guidance and support for improving the quality and level of continuing education in universities.Based on this,this article conducts research on the improvement and development of value-guided continuing education in universities,hoping to provide valuable references for relevant practitioners.
