摘　　要：新工科背景下,国家对无机非金属材料工程专业人才的需求越来越多,作为传统工科专业,无机非金属材料工程的人才培养体系需要不断更新,以匹配时代的发展步伐。本科毕业设计(论文)作为学生走向工作岗位的最后一道关卡,在培养学生分析解决实际工程问题、提高学生工程创新能力方面具有积极的作用,对推进传统专业的新工科建设至关重要。以安徽理工大学材料学院设置的无机非金属材料工程专业为例,分析新形势下该专业毕业设计(论文)存在的主要问题,剖析形成原因,从选题、指导过程、联系国家发展战略、关注学生综合素质培养等多方面提出了切实可行的改革举措,以期为国家输送高素质复合型人才奠定基础。With the emergence of the new engineering disciplines,the demand for professionals in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering is increasing.As a traditional engineering major,many talent training systems of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering need to be constantly updated to match the development pace of the times.The undergraduate graduation project(thesis)plays a crucial role in cultivating students for their future careers by fostering their ability to analyze and solve practical engineering problems,as well as enhancing their engineering innovation skills.It is of paramount importance in advancing the construction of new engineering disciplines in traditional fields.Taking the example of the Department of Materials Science at Anhui University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes the main problems in the graduation project(thesis)of the inorganic non-metallic materials engineering discipline in the current context.Taking the example of the Department of Materials Science at Anhui University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes the main problems in the graduation project(thesis)of the inorganic non-metallic materials engineering discipline in the current context.The underlying causes of these problems are examined,and practical reform measures are proposed from various perspectives including topic selection,guidance process,alignment with national development strategies,and attention to the holistic development of students.The objective is to lay a foundation for delivering high-quality,multi-disciplinary talent to the nation.
