摘  要:目的为建设适应新时代要求的一流本科课程,全面开展一流本科课程建设,树立课程建设新理念,推进课程改革创新,实施科学课程评价。以国家级一流本科临床前基础医学综合实验课程(线上线下混合)为例,介绍国家级一流本科课程教学体系的构建与实践。方法以五年制本科三年级各专业本科学生为研究对象,遵循两性一度原则,秉持学生中心、问题导向、持续改进的教育理念,从聚焦教学问题、厘清教学思路、课程教学创新实践、革新课程考核、多元评价反馈等维度,构建以线上线下相结合、虚拟实体相结合为特色的国家级一流本科线上线下混合课程。通过对2018级和2019级各专业1315名本科生进行问卷调查和同行评教评价教学效果。结果学生学习效果有所提升,科研思维和创新能力增强。经过改革实践,课程已被全国50所高校选用,累计5449人学习,1.60万人次互动,累计浏览量超过22.5万人次。结论临床前基础医学综合实验教学体系的构建为实验类国家级一流本科课程的建设和基础医学实验教学改革提供有益的经验和范例,具有推广应用价值。Objective To build first-class undergraduate courses to meet the requirements of the new era,and carry out the construction of first-class undergraduate courses in an all-round way,establish new concepts of curriculum construction,promote curriculum reform and innovation,and implement scientific curriculum evaluation.This paper introduces the construction and practice of the national first-class undergraduate teaching system by taking the national first-class undergraduate online and offline mixed course“Comprehensive Experiment of Pre-clinical Basic Medicine”as an example.Methods Taking the undergraduates of each major in the third year of the five-year undergraduate program as the research object,following the principle of“high order,innovation and challenge”,adhering to the concept of student-centered,problem-oriented,continuous improvement education,from the dimensions of focusing on teaching problems,clarifying teaching ideas,curriculum teaching innovation practice,reforming curriculum assessment,and multiple evaluation feedback,with the characteristics of“combination of the online and offline,virtual experiment and physical experiment”,we constructed the national first-class undergraduate online and offline mixed courses characterized by a combination of online and offline,and virtual entities.The teaching effect was evaluated through a questionnaire survey and peer review of 1315 undergraduate students in various majors in 2018 and 2019.Results Students’learning effect has been significantly improved,and their scientific research thinking and innovation ability have been significantly enhanced.After reform and practice,the course has been selected by 50 universities across the country,with a total of 5449 students,16000 interactions,and more than 225000 page views.Conclusion The construction of the“Comprehensive Experiment of Pre-clinical Basic Medicine”teaching system provides useful experience and examples for the construction of the national first-class undergraduate course of the expe
