终身教育视域下老年教育的现状与发展对策——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：积极应对人口老龄化是国家的一项战略任务。本文结合吉林省老年人口与老年教育发展现状,针对目前老年大学存在的主要问题,提出了顺应国家形势,加强老年教育阵地建设;与高校“双向联动”,打造优秀教师队伍;构建综合课程体系,创新老年教育模式等吉林省老年教育发展的对策,以推动老年教育创新发展,提高全社会对老年教育的重视程度。Actively coping with the aging population is a strategic task for the country.Based on the cur-rent situation of aging population and education for the aged in Jilin province,this paper,aiming at the main problems existing in universities for the aged,proposes countermeasures including strengthening the con-struction of the education position for the aged by conforming to the national situation;forming“two-way linkage”with colleges and universities to create excellent teachers;building a comprehensive curriculum sys-tem and innovating the mode of education for the aged,so as to promote the innovation and development of education for the aged,and increasing the social attention to education for the aged.
