高校师范生体育教学能力培养的路径研究

摘  要:教育部颁布“教师教育创新平台项目计划”的目的是为培养师范生创造良好教学环境,让师范教育形成多学科优势互通,促进教师全面发展。师范院校作为培养中小学教师的重要阵地,更要重视“多功能”教师的培养。师范生具备一定的体育教学能力,将更有助于工作后组织学生参与体育活动、指导学生进行科学体育锻炼以及给学生树立积极健康的体育锻炼意识、传播体育文化等。因此,在师范院校的公共体育教学中,应当重视对师范生体育能力的培养。The"Teacher Education Innovation Platform Project Plan,"issued by the Ministry of Education,seeks to create an optimal teaching environment for nurturing teacher education students.The goal is to foster a multidisciplinary advantage and facilitate the comprehensive development of teachers.As crucial institutions for preparing primary and secondary school educators,normal universities and colleges must prioritize the cultivation of""multifunctional"teachers.Teacher education students possessing a certain level of physical education(PE)teaching competence will be better positioned to organize student participation in physical activities,guide them through scientifically structured physical exercises,instill a positive and health-conscious attitude toward physical fitness,and disseminate sports culture.Therefore,within the framework of public PE teaching at normal universities and colleges,a concerted effort should be made to underscore the development of PE competence among teacher education students.
