摘 要:目的:分析影像导航内镜解剖模式辅助本科耳鼻咽喉科解剖理论课的教学效果,探索耳鼻咽喉科理论教学的有效方法。方法:将173名临床医学专业学生分两组分别进行导航内镜解剖辅助教学和常规教学,收集两组学生随堂成绩及耳鼻咽喉科教学质量评分(STOTQ)问卷,比较两种教学模式的效果差异。结果:导航内镜辅助教学组的平均成绩显著高于常规教学组(p=0.019)。问卷评估显示导航内镜辅助教学更有利于理解解剖结构及空间位置、理论联系实际、提高学习兴趣。结论:影像导航内镜解剖辅助耳鼻咽喉科教学能显著提升本科生的理论教学效果。To analyze the teaching effect of the undergraduate otolaryngology anatomy theory course assisted by the image navigation endoscopic anatomy mode,and to explore the effective teaching methods of otolaryngology theory teaching,a total of 173 clinical medical students were divided into two groups for image-guided endoscopic anatomy-assisted teaching and routine teaching,the results of the in-class examination and the otolaryngology teaching quality score(SEOTQ)questionnaire were collected to compare the difference in teaching effect between the two teaching modes.The average score of students in the image-guided endoscopic anatomy-assisted teaching group was higher than that of the regular teaching group(p=0.019).The questionnaire showed that the image-guided endoscopic anatomy-assisted teaching was more conducive to understanding the anatomical structure and spatial position,the connection between theory and practice,and improving learning interest.Image-guided endoscopic anatomy assisted otolaryngology anatomy teaching can significantly improve the theoretical teaching effect of otolaryngology for medical students.
