摘  要:从组织的视野看,产教融合背后的核心问题在于如何定位和架构最有利于校企合作的组织关系。借鉴组织社会学的理论框架,梳理分析职业院校和企业组织关系的历史变化发现,在组织内关系阶段,教育和产业有机融合,学校和企业深度合作;在组织间关系阶段,教育和产业相分离,学校和企业呈现浅层次合作。当前阶段实现产教深度融合,需要重新嫁接职业院校和企业的组织联系,使校企关系由组织间关系向组织内关系转化,主要包括三种路径:学校办企业、企业办学校、政府主管机构统领学校和企业。From the perspective of the organization,the core problem behind the integration between industry and education lies in how to locate and structure the organizational relationship that is beneficial to the cooperation between enterprises and colleges.Drawing on the theoretical framework of organizational sociology,this paper combs and analyzes the historical changes of the organizational relationship between vocational colleges and enterprises,and finds that in the stage of intra-organizational relationship,education and industry organically integrate,and schools and enterprises cooperate deeply.In the stage of inter-organizational relationship,education and industry are separated,and schools and enterprises show shallow cooperation.At the current stage,to realize the deep integration of industry and education,it is necessary to re-graft the organizational connection between vocational colleges and enterprises,so that the relationship between schools and enterprises could be transformed from inter-organizational relationship to intra-organizational relationship,which mainly includes three paths:schools run enterprises,enterprises run schools,and government authorities lead schools and enterprises.
