血清CD73和帕金森病患者运动障碍相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探索PD患者血清CD73表达水平,以及血清CD73与帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)运动障碍严重程度的相关性。方法共纳入60岁以上PD患者97例和健康对照者71例,收集研究对象的基本资料包括年龄、性别、吸烟史,PD患者同时收集病程、H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分和用药情况,并依据H&Y分期将PD患者分为轻度PD组和中重度PD组;抽取研究对象空腹状态下静脉血进行血清CD73检测;采用二元Logistic回归分析统计分析年龄、性别和血清CD73等因素与PD的相关性;受试者工作特征曲线分析用于血清CD73的诊断价值预测;Pearson法用于统计分析PD患者血清CD73与H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分的相关性。结果PD患者血清CD73明显低于健康对照者,二元Logistic回归结果显示血清CD73水平降低是PD的独立危险因素。血清CD73水平低于2.85U/L对诊断PD的敏感度较高。在PD患者中H&Y分期越高,血清CD73水平越低;经过Pearson相关性分析得出,血清CD73水平与H&Y分期、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分呈显著负相关。结论血清CD73水平降低会显著增加PD风险,且水平越低,PD患者运动功能障碍越严重。Objective To explore the expression level of serum CD73 in Parkinson′s disease(PD)patients and the correlation between serum CD73 and the severity of motor dysfunction.Methods A total of 97 PD patients and 71healthy controls were included.Basic data of the subjects were collected,including age,gender,smoking history,and the condition of dose taking.Disease course,H&Y stage,and UPDRS-Ⅲscore of PD patients were also collected.PD patients were divided into mild PD group,and moderate and severe PD group according to H&Y stage.The fasting venous blood of the subjects was collected for serum CD73detection.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between PD and factors such as age,gender,and serum CD73.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was used to predict the diagnostic value of serum CD73.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum CD73 level,H&Y stage,and UPDRS-Ⅲscore in PD patients.Results The level of serum CD73 in PD patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls.Binary Logistic regression showed that the decrease in the level of serum CD73 was an independent risk factor for PD.The level of serum CD73 lower than 2.85U/L was more sensitive to the diagnosis of PD.In PD patients,the higher the H&Y stage,the lower the serum CD73 level;Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum CD73 level was negatively correlated with the H&Y stage and UPDRS-Ⅲscore.Conclusion The reduction of serum CD73 level can significantly increase the risk of PD,and the lower the level of serum CD73,the more serious the motor dysfunction of PD patients.
