国家职业技能标准融入高职院校人才培养实践的探究——以电子商务专业为例

摘　　要：职业教育以就业为导向,以培养学生的职业技能为目标,需要与社会需求和产业实际相结合,具有高度的专业性、技能性和应用性。随着我国经济社会的不断发展,职业教育转型升级的步伐越来越快。职业院校的任务是为社会培养更多符合时代发展需要的技术技能型人才。互联网时代,电子商务成为我国的支柱型产业之一。当前,社会对电子商务专业人才提出了更高的要求。国家职业技能标准引领行业发展的方向,对高职院校专业人才培养实践具有指导性意义。应深入分析高职院校电子商务人才培养方面存在的问题,进而提出相应的课堂教学设计思路和人才培养措施,为国家职业技能标准融入电子商务人才培养实践提供参考和借鉴,以促进高职院校电子商务专业的发展。Vocational education is employment-oriented,aiming at cultivating students'vocational skills,which needs to be combined with social needs and industrial reality,and has a high degree of professionalism,skill and application.With the development of China's society and economy,vocational education must be actively transformed and upgraded in order to cul-tivate more technical and skilled talents in line with the development of the times for the society.At present,the society has put forward higher requirements for E-commerce professionals.As the guidance and direction of industry development,the na-tional vocational skill standards have guiding significance for the practical work of training E-commerce professionals in voca-tional colleges.It should deeply analyze the problems existing in the training of E-commerce talents in higher vocational col-leges,and put forward corresponding ideas and measures for training talents,so as to provide reference and ideas for integrat-ing national vocational skill standards into the training practice of higher vocational talents,and promote the development of higher vocational education in our country.
