摘  要:经济发展新常态背景下,培养创新创业人才是社会的迫切需求。围绕学科竞赛要求,建立和完善高校创新实验室,对提高工科大学生的工程实践能力和科技创新能力来说尤为必要,它是培养创新型人才的有效途径。创新实验室建设以学生的学习兴趣和学习动机为驱动力。一个学院的创新实验室应面向本院各个专业的学生开放,即采用开放的管理和运行模式。创新实验室内部以科研小组为组织形式,以探究讨论为学习方式,由老师和学长担任导师,为其制定个性化培养方案,鼓励其协作攻关。实践探索表明,高校创新实验室育人效果显著。In order to improve the innovation ability and engineering practice ability of college students,and to meet the ur-gent needs of"dual innovation"talents under the new normal,it is particularly necessary to establish and improve innovation laboratories.Innovation Lab is an effective way to improve students'practical ability,innovation ability,and cultivate innovative talents.The Innovation Lab is open to all students,driven by students'interests and motivations,establishes collaborative scien-tific research groups,with seniors and teachers as mentors,formulates personalized training plans for them,and cultivates stu-dents'innovation ability by relying on scientific and technological innovation competitions.After several years of exploration and practice,the innovation laboratory is running well and has remarkable educational effects.
