摘　　要：《合同编解释》以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持人民至上、问题导向、系统观念、守正创新,全面运用历史思维、体系思维、辩证思维和程序思维,探求《民法典》立法原意,就长期困扰司法实践的疑难问题提出了具有可操作性的解决方案,为人民法院全面落实《民法典》相关规定提供了具体指引。The Judicial Interpretation of the General Principles of Contracts Book is guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,adhering to the principle of people first,problem⁃oriented,systematic concept,integrity and innovation,and comprehensively using historical,sys⁃tematic,dialectical and procedural thinking.It explores the original legislative intent of the Civil Code,pro⁃poses practical solutions to difficult problems that have long plagued judicial practice,and provides specific guidance for the people's courts to fully implement the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
