摘　　要：随着光伏、风能等可再生能源的规模化接入和用电需求的快速增长,对特高压电网输送能力提出新的要求,基于北斗定位和多传感器融合技术的输电线路动态增容技术可以有效提高电网输送能力。依托多传感器融合技术的动态增容一体化设备,可实时采集导线电流、温度、弧垂等信息,边缘物联代理装置依托微气象装置采集导线附近温湿度、光辐射等环境气象数据,然后依据动态增容算法模型,经过分析处理计算,得出输电线路增容信息,通过4G模组或北斗短报文将线路增容信息传输到物联网管理平台,输电线路动态增容平台根据线路增容信息动态评估线路载流能力,在保证电网安全稳定的前提下,最大限度地整合可再生能源,提高电网输送能力。With the large-scale access of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind energy and the rapid growth of electricity demand,new requirements are put forward for the transmission capacity of extra-high-voltage(EHV)power grids,and the dynamic capacity enhancement of transmission lines based on the BeiDou positioning and multi-sensor fusion technologies can effectively improve the transmission capacity of power grids.Relying on multi-sensor fusion technology,the dynamic capacity increasing integrated equipment can collect real-time information such as wire current,temperature,arc droop,etc.The edge IOT agent device collects environmental meteorological data such as temperature,humidity,light radiation and other data near the wires based on the dynamic capacity increasing algorithm model,then analyzes and processes the calculations and comes up with the transmission line capacity increasing information,and transmits the line capacity increasing information to the IOT management platform through the 4G module or the BeiDou short message.The line capacity increase information is transmitted to the IOT management plaform through 4G module or BeiDou short message,and the transmission line dynamic capacity increase platform dynamically evaluates the line current-carrying capacity according to the line capacity increase information,so as to maximise the integration of renewable energy sources and improve the transmission capacity of the grid under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the grid.
