大学生非正式群体育人效果探析

摘　　要：新媒体时代,思政领域的大学生非正式群体在客观上具有一定的思想政治教育功能。基于非正式群体时代特点和类型分析,结合新媒体时代提供的新际遇,思政课教师以期通过激励核心人物,规范管理模式,融合非正式群体和正式群体,创新教育模式和技术手段,发挥协同育人效应,切实提升对非正式群体的育人效果,培养时代新人。In the new media era,the informal group of college students in the ideological and political field has a certain ideological and political education function objectively.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and types of informal groups in the era,combined with the new opportunities provided by the new media era,ideological and political teachers hope to encourage the core figures,standardize the management mode,integrate informal groups and formal groups,innovate the education mode and technical means,give full play to the effect of collaborative education,effectively improve the education effect on informal groups,and cultivate new generation.
