摘  要:公共图书馆开展健康信息服务需要建设专业化的人才队伍,探析国外健康信息服务人员的培养经验,可为我国健康信息馆员的培养提供启示。美国医学图书馆协会和美国国立医学图书馆联盟合作开展的消费者健康信息职业培训项目影响广泛,本文梳理其培养对象、培养目标、师资、培训课程等情况,分析其在知识技能培养、培训主题、教学手段、认证机制等方面的实践特征,为我国健康信息馆员培养提出建议。图1。参考文献47。In response to the call of the times to develop health information services,public libraries need to build a professional talent teams,analyzing the training experience of foreign health information service personnel can provide enlightenment for the training of health information librarians in China.The project of Consumer Health Information Specialization,a collaboration between the Medical Library Association and the Network of the National Library of Medicine,has a wide influence.This paper sorts out the training objects,training objectives,instructors and training courses,analyzes the practical characteristics of the knowledge and skill development,training theme,teaching methods and certification mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions for the training of health information librarians in China.1 fig.47 refs.
