摘　　要：职业规划课程作为通识教育必修课,内容涵盖大学生的学涯规划、职业认知、自我认知、职业规划及创新创业教育。此课程旨在通过课程学习使学生树立正确的人才观,能够客观地认知自我,并结合行业特色,掌握自身学涯与职涯的规划能力,并培养成功就业和职业发展的基本素质和能力,为将来主动就业、顺利就业及职业发展奠定基础。利用好这一课程的课堂主阵地,践行“课程思政”理念,对于培养德智体美劳全面发展的大学生尤为必要。文章将从该课程思政元素输出的必要性入手,分析课程思政元素输出的独特优势,并从教师、教材、教学资源三个角度分析课程思政元素输出路径。As a compulsory course of general education,career planning course covers college students’study planning,career cogni-tion,self-cognition,career planning and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The purpose of this course is to help students to establish a correct view of talent,to objectively recognize themselves,to master academic and career planning ability in combination with the characteristics of the industry,and to cultivate the basic qualities and abilities for successful employment and career develop-ment,so as to lay the foundation for active employment,smooth employment and career development in the future.It is particularly necessary to make good use of the main position of this course and practice the concept of curriculum thinking and politics for cultivat-ing college students with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labour.This paper will start from the necessity of the output of ideological and political elements of the course,analyze the unique advantages of the output of ideological and political elements of the course,and analyze the output path of ideological and political elements of the course from there perspec-tives of teachers,textbooks and teaching resources.
