摘　　要：中医思维是中医学传承发展的重要培养因素。中医肿瘤科学发展迅速,尤其是在近十余年蓬勃发展,取得了杰出的成就。灵活运用和传承中医思维是中医肿瘤科医生的使命及任务。科室结合自身特点,探索采用“实践-理论-反思-探究”启发式传承中医思维,带领住院医师规范化培训的医师思考、学习、应用、再思考,使其将中医思维深印于脑中并转化后,熟练应用于临床;建立完整的培养模式,培养专业技能,塑造医德医风,使中医思维在传承的基础上得到开拓创新。Thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is an important training factor for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.The development of traditional Chinese medicine oncology was rapid,especially in the past ten years.Flexible use and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine thought model is our mission and task.We combined with the characteristics of our de-partment to explore the“practice-theory-reflection-explore”heuristic teaching mode inheriting the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,to lead gauge doctor thinking,learning,application,and thinking again.When this training mode is printed in the brain,and then will be better used in the clinic.In this mode gauge doctors were cultivated professional skills,shaped medical ethics,educated with the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
