珠海市小学生中医药文化知识态度行为调查及影响因素分析

摘  要:目的了解珠海中医药文化进校园活动的效果及学生在中医药文化方面的知识、态度和行为现状,并探讨其可能的影响因素。方法抽取309名学生进行问卷调查,数据录入、核查后,进行统计学分析。结果学生的中医药文化知识总得分为(9.74±1.83)分,男女学生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参与中医药社团学生的得分为(10.28±1.54)分。在中医药态度上,“中医是中华优秀传统文化”得分为(4.38±0.85)分,所有学生对此高度认同;在行为上,男女生在是否每天坚持锻炼身体、是否按时吃饭以及是否选择中医治病等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动有助于提升学生对中医药文化与中华优秀传统文化的认同感。性别差异造成的认知与行为差异值得关注。以社团方式打造中医药文化传播的载体模式值得推广。Objective In order to understand the effect of Zhuhai’s traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture on campus activities,a survey was conducted on the project primary schools in Zhuhai,to understand the current situation of students’knowledge,attitudes and behaviors in TCM culture,and to explore its possible influencing factors.Methods Three hundred and nine students were selected for questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis was carried out after data entry and verification.Results The total score of TCM cul-tural knowledge was(9.74±1.83),and the difference between male and female students was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students participating in Chinese medicine association were(10.28±1.54).In terms of attitude towards TCM,the score of“TCM is an excellent TCM culture”was(4.38±0.85),which was highly recognized by all students.In terms of behavior,there were sta-tistically significant differences between male and female students in whether they insisted on physical exercise every day,whether they ate on time and whether they chose traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion The activity will help to enhance the sense of identity between TCM culture and excellent traditional culture.Cognitive and behavioral differences caused by gender differ-ences deserve attention.It is worthy of promotion to create a carrier model of TCM cultural dissemination in the form of associations.
