摘　　要：医患沟通能力是现代医疗环境下临床医生必须掌握的能力,却往往也是医学生临床学习的薄弱环节。医疗纠纷制度是医院预防和处理医患纠纷的提纲挈领文件,对医学生的医患沟通教学具有较高的指导和实战价值。在医疗纠纷预防和处理制度指导下,医学生可以更好地明确医患沟通注意事项,关注容易导致不良事件发生的易被疏忽遗漏的细节,切实提高沟通水平和沟通效率,预防并及时有效地处理纠纷。文章基于医疗纠纷制度指导,就如何改革临床医学生医患沟通教学进行探索,旨在切实提高医学生医患沟通能力,服务临床,构建和谐医患关系。Doctor-patient communication is a necessary skill for clinicians in modern medical environment,but it is often a weak link in clinical learning for medical students.Medical dispute system is the outline document for hospital to prevent and deal with doctor-patient disputes.It has high guidance and practical value for medical students to teach doctor-patient communication.Based on the guidance of the medical dispute prevention and treatment system,we can better clarify the matters for attention in doctor-patient communication,while pay attention to the negligence and omission of details that are easy to lead to adverse events,effec-tively improve the level and efficiency of communication,and prevent and effectively deal with disputes.This paper explored how to reform the teaching of doctor-patient communication for clinical medical students,aiming at improving the doctor-patient communi-cation ability of medical students,serving the clinic and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The development of higher medical education required active exploration and innovation of scientific and effective teaching methods of doctor-patient communication.Based on the guidance of medical dispute system,this paper explored new ideas and methods of doctor-patient com-munication teaching.
